List customer notifications (broker-scoped)
GET/customers/notifications
Durable customer notifications across all of the broker's customers —
the record of every message pushed on the notifications WebSocket
channel, for retrieval after the fact. Scope to a single customer with
customer_code, to one notification type with type, or to one
instrument with symbol.
Today the only type is position_depreciation: a regulatory notice that
the value of a customer's open position has fallen by a further 10% of
its initial value (see the notifications channel for the value model).
Each record's data object has the shape of its type.
Rows are served newest-first with cursor pagination (response_metadata
carries start_cursor/end_cursor; page with after/before).
Cursors do not encode filters — when paging, resend the same
customer_code/type/symbol/created_from/created_to values as
the original request.

Notification list
Bad request — validation failed, invalid parameters, or the request
was rejected due to a business rule violation (e.g.
INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS when a transfer exceeds the available balance).
