Get current funding rate for instrument
GET/funding_rates/:symbol
Returns the current funding rate for a perpetual instrument, including
the next settlement time and predicted rate for the upcoming period.
funding_rate and funding_time describe the latest settlement as
recorded in our archive. An instrument with no settlement recorded yet
reports the preliminary rate as funding_rate, with funding_time set
to the start of the running interval. predicted_rate is the venue's
running preliminary rate; it is null right after a settlement until the
first preliminary of the new period arrives, and null when no
preliminary has been received in the running interval.
Only applicable to perpetual contracts. Returns 404 for non-perpetual or unknown instruments, and for a perpetual with no funding data recorded yet (or none received in the running interval).
